The Core Competency Coach Training program is an intensive, skills-based training that focuses on developing foundational capacity in the eleven core competencies of coaching as defined by the International Coach Federation (ICF, www.coachfederation.org).
Personable, experiential instruction will provide hands-on practice and learning. Giving and receiving feedback is also integrated into the training experience.
If you are one who naturally gravitates towards helping others (and others gravitate to you) and/or you want to develop or establish your coaching skills and coaching presence, this program is for you.
What You’ll Get
v 25+ hours of coach-specific training over the course of 3 weekends. Certificate provided upon completion.
v 10 hours of follow-up coaching via teleconference calls. Fulfills mentor coach requirement for those pursuing the ACC credential. Certificate provided upon completion.
v Letter to ICF with course description signifying that training hours can be applied towards coach-specific training for ACC credential.
